to drive project-based business development and promote our electrical products across commercial, residential, and institutional segments.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop
new business opportunities
in project sales for lighting and electrical products.
Identify potential commercial and government projects
for product specification and sales.
Meet and coordinate with
architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and consultants.
Conduct
site visits
, understand project requirements, and recommend suitable product solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly
sales targets
while ensuring strong client satisfaction.
Build and maintain
long-term client relationships
to generate repeat and referral business.
Coordinate with the internal team for
quotations, order processing, and delivery follow-ups.
Stay updated with
market trends, competitor activities, and new product innovations.
Requirements:
Qualification:
Graduate / Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Electrical field.
Experience:
2-3 years in
project or B2B sales
, preferably in lighting, electricals, or construction industry.
Skills:
Excellent communication & presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive in field sales.
Proficient in
MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting.
