Job Description

The Project Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and managing project sales opportunities by developing strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, builders, and developers. The role involves identifying project requirements, proposing suitable products/solutions, and ensuring successful sales closure specializing in Cement, Ready Concrete Mix, Tile Adhesive Bags, and AAC blocks Sales

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within residential & commercial construction projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, project consultants, PMC, and government bodies. Present and promote company products to project stakeholders through meetings, product demos, and technical discussions. Track project pipelines from design to execution and ensure product specification and approvals. Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and BOQ submissions. Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to achieve targeted margins and closures. Maintain regular site visits to understand project timelines and material requirements. Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecast sales performance. Coordinate with internal departments (technical, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and pricing.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Sales/Marketing, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

2-6 years of experience

in project sales (preferably building materials, construction chemicals, sanitary ware, tiles, paints, or related products). Strong network within the construction industry is preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet sales targets. Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
