We are seeking an experienced professional to lead project sales and execution for marine and land-based sanitation, waste management, and gas detection systems. The role focuses on driving sales growth, managing end-to-end project delivery, and ensuring technical and commercial excellence across India, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and secure project sales opportunities from shipyards, marine contractors, and industrial clients
Track tenders, bids, and competitor activities to develop winning strategies
Prepare and submit technically compliant and commercially competitive offers, ensuring adherence to MARPOL, Indian Navy, and Coast Guard regulations
Coordinate with internal teams including Engineering, Procurement, and Logistics to ensure timely project execution
Manage project documentation, approvals, payment tracking, and invoicing
Lead project activities such as FAT, HAT, SAT, commissioning, and warranty liquidation in coordination with service teams
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings, presentations, and negotiations
Provide guidance and mentorship to the project sales team to meet timelines and targets
Deliver feedback to management for continuous product and process improvement
Key Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical discipline
7 to 10 years of experience in project sales or business development, preferably in marine engineering or industrial systems
Strong understanding of technical specifications, engineering drawings, and project documentation
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to handle multiple projects with high attention to detail and regulatory compliance
Willingness to travel extensively for client and site engagements
