Project Sales Engineer
to handle
dealer-to-dealer sales
across Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, and Haryana.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage dealer-to-dealer sales for Heat Recovery Units in the assigned territory.
Identify, appoint, and maintain relationships with dealers and distributors.
Achieve sales targets through effective project sales strategies.
Provide technical support, product presentations, and demonstrations to dealers.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth order execution and after-sales support.
Regularly visit dealers and project sites to strengthen relationships and gather market feedback.
Monitor competitor activities and share market insights.
Requirements:
B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (preferred).
2-5 years of experience in
industrial product/project sales
(experience in HVAC/Heat Exchangers/Compressors/Energy-saving products will be an added advantage).
Strong dealer network knowledge in Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, and Haryana.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Pay: ?360,000.00 - ?540,000.00 per year
