Project Sales Engineer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Sales & Lead Generation



Identify and generate inquiries for industrial projects, specifically in

capital goods, air piping, and compressor systems

. Actively pursue new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients.

Client Engagement & Consultation



Meet with clients to understand their project needs and propose

tailored solutions

in

automation systems, compressors, and modular pipeline installations

. Deliver technical consultations and present product/service benefits clearly and effectively.

Offer & Proposal Management



Prepare and submit

commercial offers and quotations

in line with client specifications. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate pricing and project feasibility.

Travel & Site Visits



Conduct regular client meetings and

site visits

across Mumbai and nearby regions. Deliver presentations, address client queries, and help close deals on-site.

Collaboration & Reporting



Coordinate with

Project Management and Technical teams

to ensure seamless project execution. Maintain up-to-date records of sales leads, project status, and client interactions in the CRM system. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales performance and pipeline progress.

Required Qualifications & Skills:



? Education:



Graduate in any discipline (technical background preferred but not mandatory)

? Experience:



2-3 years of experience

in industrial equipment sales, project sales, or business development. Familiarity with capital goods, compressors, piping, or automation systems is a strong advantage.
