Job Summary

The Project Sales Executive will handle business development and sales of dairy machinery and turnkey project solutions, focusing on new customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop business opportunities for dairy machinery and projects. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions. Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions. Prepare proposals, quotations, and project costing. Follow up with clients for negotiations, closures, and payments. Maintain strong relationships with dairy plants, food industries, and channel partners. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications

B.Tech/B.E. (Mechanical/Dairy/Industrial) preferred. OR BBA/MBA in Marketing with industrial sales experience. Experience Required 1-4 years in capital equipment sales/industrial sales/dairy machinery sales. Skills Required Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to understand technical products and convert leads into orders. Customer relationship management.
