Job Title: Project Sales Executive/Manager - Building Materials

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Project Sales Executive/Manager to join our building materials team. As a Project Sales Executive/Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, managing large-scale projects, and building strong relationships with clients and architects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving sales growth and revenue targets.

2. Project Management: Manage large-scale projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.

3. Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and contractors.

4. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of building materials, including products, applications, and technical specifications.

5. Tendering: Identify and participate in tendering opportunities, preparing and submitting bids.

Requirements:

1. Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in building materials or construction industry.

2. Project Management: Experience in managing large-scale projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.

3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

4. Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of building materials, products, and applications.

5. Networking: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and contractors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
