Job Description

An Audio Visual (AV) Project Sales personnel typically involves understanding client needs, designing AV solutions, preparing technical proposals, and collaborating with sales and engineering teams to ensure successful AV project implementation. Key Responsibilities:

Client Interaction:



Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and translate them into AV solutions.

Solution Design:



Develop and design customized AV systems, including system diagrams, equipment lists, and commercial proposals.

Technical Consulting:



Provide technical advice and support to clients, explaining complex AV concepts.

Proposal Development:



Prepare detailed technical proposals, including scope of work, functional descriptions, and operational guidelines.

Vendor Management:



Liaise with manufacturers and vendors to stay updated on new technologies and obtain quotes.

Documentation:



Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including site surveys and needs assessments.

Sales Support:



Support the sales team with presentations, demonstrations, and technical assistance throughout the sales process.

Project Management:



Coordinate with project managers and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of AV systems.

Stay Informed:



Keep up-to-date with the latest AV technologies, industry standards, and trends.

Client Relationship Management:



Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Expertise:

Strong understanding of AV systems, including audio, video, control systems, and digital signage.

Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
