Product Research & Sourcing Manager

to identify

high-potential, profitable products

aligned with market demand and brand fit. The role involves

end-to-end product ownership

--market and competitor research, vendor/factory identification, cost negotiation, sample development, product improvements, and readiness for online selling. The ideal candidate understands

what sells, why it sells, how to source it right, and how to make smart product decisions

balancing quality, cost, differentiation, and scalability.
