Job description :

• Drive capturing and investigation of quality incidents in accordance with established guideline to systematically identify the root causes and eliminate them. Contribute for conducting QIRB meetings. Recommend appropriate root cause analysis methods and ensure suitable improvements are identified and implemented
• Independently plan and conduct assessments in accordance with Assurance plan standard and Operational assessment procedure for projects and functions to verify effectiveness of MS for achievement of company\xe2\x80\x99s goals. Conduct assessments, report the outcome to stakeholders, register and follow-up actions in Assurance System
• Ensure lessons learnt on projects are captured and shared in accordance with Lessons learned standard and procedure to prevent recurrence of similar issues. Engage with key stakeholders and ensure a register is maintained, updated periodically and lessons are uploaded in central database.
• Prepare and attend department and project meetings, WPRs, evaluate and analyze trends of quality issues, prepare status of location\xe2\x80\x99s metrics, provide updates on Assurance activities conducted, prepare dashboards and reports. Ensure accurate and appropriate data is compiled reported and presented.

Qualifications

• Job Specific Knowledge:

Awareness of Management System processes and principles, should have performed Assurance activities, should have an overview of work processes performed by engineering project management and controls, engineering, procurement and construction.

Hands on experience for conducting RCA.

• Industry Specific Experience:

Should have worked with national / multinational EPC / EPCM or PMC organization, executing local and international projects as Senior QA Engineer / QA Manager

Experience required - 12 - 15 years

• Education \xe2\x80\x93 Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:

BE/B-Tech / in engineering from a reputed college, Certified lead auditor for ISO 9001:2015 QMS and if possible, for ISO 45001:2018 also.

• HSE Capability:

Imbibe and drive Worley\xe2\x80\x99s safety culture

• IT Skills:

Proficiency in use of MS Office, familiar with using Power BI or Tableau

• People Skills:

Should have excellent spoken and written communication skills in English language, listen to people and suitably address issues and concerns
