Awareness of Project Quality management as applicable to all functions for EPCm type of projects. . Experience in working on fertilizer / mining / electrification / refinery / petrochemicals / chemicals / renewable energy projects. . Certification in auditing Quality Management System viz. ISO 9001:2015. . Drive awareness on Management Systems and implementation of QA Applications. . Awareness of work processes related to Quality Management, Risk Management, Project Management, Project Controls, Project Delivery Systems, Engineering, Procurement, Inspection and Construction. . Conducted investigation of quality incidents and facilitated root cause analysis. . Have participated in Lessons Learnt workshops, Risk Workshops, Risk based audits, Project Gate reviews. . Posses excellent skills in communication, presentation, analytical and people management Qualifications : 10-15 year experience in any discipline in Worley, with awareness of Worley Management systems. Education - Qualifications, Accreditation, Training: BTech/BE in any engineering discipline, Preferred : ISO 9001:2015 internal auditor\'s certification. ISO 45001:2018 internal auditor\'s certification.
