Job Description

Project Purchase Coordinator is responsible to fulfill the purchase requirement of

Project Department which arises from various construction sites.

Key Result Area (KRA)



(a) Find suitable vendors in the nearby construction sites.

(b)As per the requirement of Project Team,Obtain reasonable quotes and take approval from Project Team then submit it to purchase department for further scrutinize.

(c) Ensure the timely delivery of items at site.

(d) Coordination with Purchase Committee/Finance Dept/Vendor for smooth functioning.

(e) Keen Observation on each project work and ensure that there is no malpractice occurred.

(f) Main role to coordinate Project Manager/Project Consultant/Contractor etc for smooth running of each project.
