Provide support to Account Management on project / enhancement forecast, Monthly Budget Utilization
Dashboards for Customer Reviews using Power BI, Excel Dashboards Ensure account
Expense Reports are submitted on time for invoicing, working with Customer operations teams Management of Account Level Weekly / Monthly
Dashboard data from SAP/Fiori and reporting on resource utilization using Power BI, Excel Dashboards
Ensure appropriate time entry on Customer Tools with matching hours in SAP/Fiori and manage variance before invoicing Timely approval of time entries, time corrections on SAP/Fiori and re porting for account teams Coordination with Customer Teams on resource management activities and project budget utilization Provide management support to Account Client Delivery
Executives (CDE) and Client Executives (CE) Managing activities of Account Delivery Teams on SAP/Fiori and provide Floor Captain level support for Delivery Teams On time Project Setup on SAP/Fiori and create project level WBS codes for resource assignment and time entry.
Resource Management activities on SAP/Fiori Allocation & Deallocation of resources, maintain resource level correct bill rates as per project contract Ensure timely customer Invoicing with correct hours and bill rates in SAP/Fiori, Tracking Customer payments, coordination with and Customer Finance Teams.
Ensure smooth functioning and coordination between Account Delivery Teams and Account Operations Team
