Project Procurement Planner

We are looking for a Project Procurement Planner to join our team and support our clients' procurement needs. Procurement Planner shall research new suppliers, ensure that all purchased products and materials meet our designed specifications, and negotiating with vendors as needed.

Responsibilities

Prepare proposals, RFPs and prepare and issue purchase orders and agreements Track and monitor supplier performance and resolve any problems and concerns Develop sourcing strategies based on analysed trends in the industry.

Requirements and skills

Prior experience as Procurement Manager in construction industry. Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and with business application software, purchasing and resource planning systems A bachelor's degree in engineering is preferred with additional specialisation in supply chain management.
