Key Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end
project processes
from planning to completion
Monitor
project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
Ensure adherence to
processes, SOPs, and quality standards
Coordinate with
engineering, production, procurement, site, and finance teams
Track
materials, resources, and manpower
availability
Maintain
project documentation
, reports, and MIS
Identify process gaps and suggest
process improvements
Support
billing, invoicing, and compliance
requirements
Follow up with vendors, contractors, and internal teams
Assist in
risk identification and issue resolution
Ensure compliance with
safety, statutory, and contractual requirements

Qualification
Graduate / Diploma
(Engineering, Management, or related field preferred)
Experience
5-10 years
experience in project coordination / process coordination
Experience in
manufacturing, construction, railway, or infrastructure projects
preferred
