Experience Required:

Minimum 5 years

of experience in

project planning

, coordination, and execution in

structural steel fabrication and erection

. Must have hands-on experience with

SAP or equivalent project management software

.

Educational Qualifications:

B.Tech or Diploma

in

Civil

or

Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage

project schedules

, timelines, and resource allocation plans. Coordinate between design, procurement, production, and site execution teams. Track progress, prepare reports, and escalate delays or risks proactively. Ensure timely and efficient execution of fabrication and erection projects as per quality standards. Monitor and update project status using

SAP or similar tools

. Support project documentation, cost tracking, and compliance requirements.

Key Skills:

Strong command of

MS Project

,

SAP

, or other ERP/Planning tools. Good understanding of

PEB structures

, fabrication processes, and erection workflows. Excellent

communication

,

coordination

, and

problem-solving

skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
