Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Project Planning Manager to oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of machinery manufacturing projects from start to finish. The role demands strong project management expertise, technical understanding of machinery design, and coordination skills to ensure on-time delivery, cost control, and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocation while ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Review and interpret technical drawings, coordinate with design, engineering, production, procurement, and QC teams, and recommend design improvements for better manufacturability. Track costs, optimize resource utilization, conduct review meetings, and maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and design revisions. Identify risks, implement corrective actions, and ensure compliance with quality standards and client requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering with proven experience in project planning (preferably Pharma/API machinery). Ability to read technical drawings (CAD preferred) and knowledge of machines like Sparkler Filter, ANFD, RCVD, VTD, Blenders, and FBD. Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera), strong analytical and multitasking skills, and excellent communication abilities.
