Job Description

We are looking for a Project Planning Engineer for our Real estate company located in Bhasa -D.H.Road who can manages project schedules, resources, and budgets, ensuring projects meet timelines and objectives by analyzing requirements, identifying risks, coordinating teams, and communicating with stakeholders

Job Responsibilities

Prepare detailed project schedules / bar charts, develop baseline program, weekly & monthly work plans, monitor progress against approved schedules, Identify critical activities and recovery plans, Coordinate planning with site execution team Prepare BOQ, quantity take-offs, estimates & budgets, maintain project cost control sheet, monitor actual cost vs budget, Prepare rate analysis & variation statements.

Candidate Profile

Candidate must have a B. Tech degree/ Diploma in civil engineering Must have past experience into Real Estate. Candidate (Male) who can travel to Bhasa-D.H.Road shall only apply. We are looking for an immediate joiner.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
