Job summary

As a Planning Engineer, you will be responsible for the coordination and execution of project schedules, ensuring that construction projects are completed on time and within budget. You will work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to optimize the planning process and improve project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Project Scheduling

: Develop and oversee comprehensive project schedules using specialized software tools, ensuring alignment with project goals and deadlines.

Resource Allocation

: Plan and allocate resources efficiently to ensure optimal use throughout the project lifecycle, taking into consideration constraints and project demands.

Progress Tracking

: Monitor and report on project progress against the schedule, identifying any delays or issues and recommending corrective actions.

Risk Management

: Identify potential risks to project timelines and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.

Stakeholder Coordination

: Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure clear communication and alignment of project objectives and timelines.

Budget Management

: Assist in budget preparation and track project expenses to align with the financial framework.

Software Proficiency

: Primavera P6, MS Project

Key Requirements

Experience

: 2-10 years of relevant experience in planning engineering within the construction or related industry.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or a relevant field. Additional certifications in project management or planning are advantageous.

Technical Skills

: Proficiency in project planning and management tools, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
