Project Sites: EPCC/ LSTK Projects of Mounded Bullets, Horton Spheres, Storage Tanks, Site Fabricated Process Columns, Pressure Vessels, Piping & Structural Composite Work for Oil & Gas, Fertilizer, Petrochemical, Chemical Industries for various clients- IOCL /BPCL/HPCL/ONGC/GAIL/RIL/Linde/ Asian Paints/ Air Water etc

Workshop

: Heavy duty fabrication shop with ISO-9001:2015/ 14001:2015/ 45001:2018; ASME U & U2, NB & R Certificates equipped with latest automation working with various TPIA's - LRA/ BVIS/ EIL/TUV etc. at MIDC Kudavali, Murbad 421401. Thane (MS)

Qualification: Graduate Engineer with strong communication skills, Proficient in MS Office, MS Projects, Planning software.

Experience: 6-8 years of relevant experience in Planning department of Fabrication Works.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Review of Letter of Intent (LOI), Purchase Orders, Tender Documents, Tender Drawings, and any agreed variations as pre-bid queries and also to be regular in touch with HO Marketing and Proposal Team for any clarification.

2. Prepare presentations for client kick-off meetings and outline the agenda points and for weekly/ monthly review meeting with Clients / Engineering Consultants.

3. To co-ordinate with Design department for the submission and approval of design documents / drawings from TPIA / Clients. Approval from IBR, PESO, U-Stamp Authorised person if required. To distribute latest Fabrication Drawings to all the departments and maintain the record. To collect back old revision Drawings from all the departments.

4. Maintaining proper record of Consumables, Plates and other bought out Materials etc. for each job for Management review.

5. Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for submission to the client and Project Management Consultant (PMC)/ Engineering Consultant. Present progress reports during client review meetings, highlighting catch-up plans if necessary.

6. Issue procurement requests to the Purchase department based on the bar chart and procurement schedule and support for the preparation / issuance of various PO's. To co-ordinate with all concerned for the material receipts from various vendors.

7. To co-ordinate with Works Account department for support of Billing / Tax Invoices to be raised.

8. To co-ordinate with Inspection department for as built drawings, Final documents preparation and submission. To co-ordinate with Account department for submission of Final Bill / PBG etc.

9. To co-ordinate with Shop supervisory personals for day-to-day schedule and smooth manufacturing process to meet the delivery schedule.

10. To co-ordinate with all the department for the timely dispatch of the Equipment by arranging the transportation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?70,000.00 - ?90,000.00 per month
