Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Civil Engineering
Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Coordination
Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and timelines
Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
Monitor project milestones and deliverables
Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports
Progress Tracking & Monitoring
Track project progress against planned schedules
Identify potential delays and implement corrective measures
Prepare regular progress reports for management
Conduct site visits to assess actual progress vs. planned progress
Budget Management & Financial Planning
Prepare detailed project budgets in coordination with QSE (Quantity Surveying & Estimation) team
Monitor and track project expenses against allocated budgets
Analyze budget variances and recommend cost optimization measures
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Cash Flow Management
Prepare cash flow projections and forecasts
Monitor actual cash flow against projections
Coordinate with accounts team for timely payments and collections
Identify potential cash flow issues and recommend solutions
Quality, Safety & Environmental Compliance
Ensure all planning activities comply with QSE standards
Incorporate safety and environmental considerations in project planning
Support QSE team in maintaining quality standards throughout project lifecycle
Required Skills & CompetenciesTechnical Skills
Proficiency in project planning software (MS Project, Primavera P6, etc.)
Strong knowledge of construction planning and scheduling techniques
Understanding of civil engineering principles and construction methods
Knowledge of cost estimation and budget preparation
Familiarity with QSE standards and procedures
Analytical Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
Data analysis and reporting skills
Risk assessment and mitigation planning
Communication & Leadership
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
Leadership skills to manage project teams
Presentation and reporting skills
Experience Requirements
4-6 years of relevant experience in planning engineering role
Previous experience in construction/infrastructure industry preferred
Experience in budget planning and financial management
Proven track record of successful project delivery
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
