*Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Planning Engineer, located in Pune. The Project Planning Engineer will be responsible for developing and managing project schedules, undertaking project control activities, monitoring and analyzing project performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are achieved effectively. Additionally, the role involves ensuring adherence to project timelines, controlling costs, and preparing regular progress reports for stakeholders.

*Key Responsibilities
Proficiency in Planning & Scheduling for projects, ensuring timely delivery of tasks and milestones
Strong grasp of Cost Control principles, with the ability to monitor and manage project budgets effectively
Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate project performance and support data-driven decision making
Experience in Project Control, including identification and mitigation of risks, variations, and changes
Solid foundation in Planning with the ability to develop and maintain organized approaches to project execution
Strong communication and organizational skills to coordinate with stakeholders and team members
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline is required
Prior experience in engineering industries is preferred

*Qualifications
Diploma in Mechanical Engg.
BE in Mechanical Engg.(Bachelor of Engineering)

*Notice Period
Immediate joiners would be preferred / Max 1 month will be accepted.
