About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced

Planning Engineer

to support our

Project Management

team in developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules for

EPC/Manufacturing/Fabrication projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage project schedules (L1-L5). Monitor progress, analyze critical paths, and update schedules. Perform resource loading, risk analysis, and look-ahead planning. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely project deliverables. Generate reports, dashboards, and progress updates. Integrate planning with installation timelines for mechanical and structural works.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of

EPC project planning & integrated schedule management.

Hands-on experience with

Primavera P6

&

MS Project

. Experience in mechanical fabrication, assembly, and installation projects. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills. Knowledge of

Power BI, Power Query, and schedule risk assessment

is an added advantage.

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate Engineer with

4+ years

of experience OR Diploma Engineer with

6+ years

in Planning/Project Controls. Background in

Mechanical/Production/Electrical Engineering

preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
