Key Responsibilities:




1. Project Planning & Scheduling




Develop and monitor project master schedule (MSP) covering design, procurement, execution, commissioning & handover. Identify critical path, milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements. Regularly update schedules and communicate deviations/delays with mitigation plans. Ensure alignment of project plan with customer requirements, contracts, and internal targets.

2. Cost & Commercial Management




Prepare project cost plans, budgets, and forecasts. Track project cost vs. budget, highlighting variances and corrective actions. Validate vendor/sub-contractor bills, change orders, and claims as per contract. Ensure timely client billing, certification, and collection of payments. Support contract negotiations with vendors and clients for favourable commercial terms.

3. Procurement & Resource Planning




Prepare material requirement planning (MRP) in line with project schedules. Ensure timely procurement of equipment, materials, and services Optimize resource utilization (manpower, machinery, tools). Liaise with SCM/Procurement team to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.

4. Risk & Compliance




Identify project risks (cost, time, contractual, compliance) and maintain a risk register. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, statutory regulations, and company policies. Review insurance requirements (CAR/EAR, WCP, CGL, Professional Indemnity) and ensure coverage during the project lifecycle.

5. Reporting & Stakeholder Management




Provide weekly/monthly progress reports (time, cost, resources, risks). Present MIS reports to management on project performance. Coordinate between client, consultants, internal teams, and subcontractors for smooth execution. Escalate critical issues to management with action recommendations.

6. Documentation & Handover




Maintain complete project documentation (contracts, drawings, schedules, change orders, approvals). Ensure commercial closure (final billing, vendor settlements, client closure). Support project handover with as-built, warranties, O&M manuals, and financial closure.

Technically Sound, Knowledge about Datacentres Projects HVAC, Electricals & IBMS Systems, Servers BIM & Revit Project management, Application.
