project scheduling, monitoring, coordination, and administrative support
for our PEB structural projects. Strong knowledge of
Primavera software
is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain project schedules using
Primavera (P6)
Track project progress, update schedules, and generate reports
Coordinate between design, procurement, production, and erection teams
Monitor project timelines, identify delays, and support recovery planning
Assist in resource planning and allocation
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations
Support general administrative tasks related to project execution
Coordinate meetings, prepare MOMs, and follow up on action items
Desired Candidate Profile:
Qualification:
Diploma or B.E. in Civil / Mechanical Engineering.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year in project planning or coordination, preferably in PEB / manufacturing industry.
Proficiency in MS Project or other scheduling tools is an advantage.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Only Chennai-based candidates
