Qualification - B.E / B.Tech - Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or related field.

Experience - Min 2-5 years of experience in wind project planning, EPC, or renewable energy projects.

Salary - Upto 10 LPA

Location - Bengaluru, Karnataka

Role Overview

The

Wind Project Planner

will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating wind energy projects from initiation through execution. The role requires strong technical knowledge of wind project development, regulatory processes, and project management tools to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, timelines, and milestones for wind projects.

- Conduct feasibility assessments, including wind resource analysis, land availability, and grid connectivity.

- Coordinate with internal teams (Business Development, Engineering, Procurement, Finance) to align project requirements.

- Prepare and review project documentation, including BoQ, BoM, and planning reports.

- Liaise with regulatory authorities to secure permits, approvals, and clearances.

- Support vendor evaluation and selection processes.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.

- Provide regular project status updates to senior management.

- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

- Maintain audit?ready documentation for governance and reporting.

REQUIRED:

Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP Business One HANA preferred).
- Strong understanding of wind resource assessment, permitting, and regulatory frameworks.

- Proficiency in project management tools.

- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
