Key Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive project execution plans and schedules using MS Project. Coordinate with Sales, Design, Procurement, Production, and Installation teams to ensure timely execution. Monitor project milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and budgets; ensure alignment with approved timelines and scope. Conduct regular project review meetings, update stakeholders on progress, and flag potential risks or delays. Ensure seamless communication between customers and internal teams regarding project updates. Monitor actual vs. planned performance and proactively take corrective actions. Maintain all project documentation and reports in an organized and accessible manner.

Required Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Project for project scheduling and tracking. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and good command of Microsoft Office tools. Strong communication and coordination skills; ability to interact with internal teams and customers. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Engineering background preferred but not mandatory. 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in a project planning role, preferably in a machinery/equipment manufacturing company. Experience handling cross-functional teams and project budgets. * Demonstrated accountability for projectacv outcomes.
