MBA in Project Management or Operations. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Define milestones, deliverables, and timelines for engineering projects Develop and maintain project schedules in the planning tools like Primavera P6/MS Project Track the KPIs and highlight the challenges & support required Conduct Root Cause Analysis and propose the action plans Monitor project budgets and track expenditures against forecasts Collaborate with Technical leadership & Project Management teams to ensure smooth execution Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and project documentation for stakeholders

Work Experience

Skills:


Project planning, scheduling, or coordination (preferably in oil & gas or heavy engineering projects) Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of industry standards (API, ASME, ISO) Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
