Job Description

Own the health of project delivery for the Delivery Unit. Must keep a real time track of factory capacity, COGS, Manufacturing TAT and Installation TAT Must report on reasons for the slips in any metric and take corrective measures in the system. Production TAT - 22 days COGS < Specified Limits( set from time to time) Must own order fulfillment of products & services - first time, M&D, AO for the delivery unit Must serve as single point of contact for the Delivery team for any order related issues Must troubleshoot & help to remove blockers for fulfillment by identifying the root causes correctly and taking appropriate action to fulfill the request Must strive towards improving FTC by right root causing Must be able to fix accountability for errors and to help in recovering cost to rework from internal / external stakeholders
Job Requirement
5+ years of relevant experience in project management / general management (internships & startup attempts count) Root-cause problem solving skills and a data-driven decision mindset Strong English written & verbal communication skills Excellent people management skills Exceptional customer-centricity Solid project management * High bias for action
