payment follow-ups and documentation

for government architectural consultancy projects. The role involves coordinating with departments, ensuring timely bill submissions, tracking payment progress, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate with

government departments

for billing, documentation, and payment processes.

Follow up

on payment status and ensure timely disbursement.

Prepare and maintain

records of submissions, approvals, and receipts

.

Assist internal teams in

payment tracking and project reports

.

Ensure compliance with

government norms, procedures, and tender conditions

.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in

Architecture, Civil Engineering, Commerce

, or a related field.

2-5 years' experience

handling payments and documentation for government or consultancy projects.

Strong understanding of

billing and payment processes

.

Excellent

communication and coordination

skills.

Proficiency in

MS Office

and document management.
