Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project partner with 1 to 2 years of experience, primarily focused on Power BI and SQL, to join our data analytics team. The role involves supporting data-driven decision-making through impactful dashboard/report development, data analysis, and collaboration with business users.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into reporting solutions.
Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Support UAT activities and resolve issues in collaboration with business teams.
Provide post-deployment support and troubleshooting for dashboards and reports.
Create and maintain technical documentation related to reporting and data workflows.
Recommend and support continuous improvement initiatives in reporting and analytics processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Computer Application, or a related field.
Hands-on experience in Power BI including dashboard creation, data modeling, and DAX formulas.
Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases.
Knowledge of data warehousing (DWH) concepts and data structures.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of Python for data manipulation and automation is a plus.
Exposure to Power Automate and/or Microsoft Power Platform.
