Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Associate Data Analyst

with

1 to 2 years of experience

to join our data team. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals to build expertise in data analysis, ETL processes, and cloud-based data platforms like Azure. The ideal candidate should have a good foundation in SQL, Python, and data handling, and be eager to grow in a collaborative and data-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in

data collection, cleansing, and preparation

from various sources. Support

basic data modeling and documentation

efforts. Develop and maintain

simple data pipelines

using tools like

Azure Data Factory (ADF)

. Write and optimize queries using

SQL

. Use

Python or PySpark scripts

to perform data transformations. Perform

data validation and quality checks

to ensure accuracy. Collaborate with senior analysts, engineers, and business teams to gather data requirements and support reporting needs. Contribute to dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc data analysis as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Computer Science, Information Technology

, or a related field.

1 to 2 years

of hands-on experience in

data analysis, ETL, or data engineering

projects. Basic to intermediate knowledge of

SQL

and

Python

. Exposure to

Azure Data Factory

or any cloud-based data integration tool is a plus. Understanding of

relational databases (RDBMS)

like SQL Server or PostgreSQL. Familiarity with version control tools like

Git

. Good analytical and communication skills. Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced team environment.
