Manage and optimize daily operational procedures and workflows for all assigned projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards.
Project Lifecycle Management:
Oversee projects from initiation to closure, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and budget tracking.
Event Management & Logistics:
Lead the operational planning and execution of various events (e.g., conferences, product launches, client gatherings), managing logistics, vendor relationships, and on-site coordination.
Process Improvement:
Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve project delivery quality.
Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for project operational matters, coordinating effectively with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Finance) and external vendors/clients.
Risk Management:
Proactively identify potential operational risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
Master of Business Administration (
MBA
) is required.
Experience:
2-3 years of professional experience in project management, operations management, or a related field.

Specialized Experience:
Demonstrated, hands-on experience in event management,
including planning, execution, and logistical coordination for small to large-scale events.
Skills:
