Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee project deliverables in a timely manner.
Conduct Participatory Rural Appraisals (PRA) and engage stakeholders for Women
Empowerment initiatives.
Develop marketing strategies and operational plans for WEP activities.
Prepare annual project budgets and monitor all project activities related to Women
Empowerment.
Introduce innovative ideas to enhance the Foundation's value and service quality across
villages.
Identify and implement specific training needs of the field team, focusing on capacity
building.
Prepare and maintain project reports and documentation.
Maintain IGI activities , support Virasat -e-Malwa with new initiatives and ideas, help to
increase the business of Virasat e Malwa.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
