Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Field-Level Responsibilities:

Conduct site assessments for

Pond revival

RRWHS

Groundwater Recharge structure

Farm Ponds

, and

Micro-irrigation

projects. Design and implement

water conservation structures

to enhance agricultural sustainability. Oversee the

construction and maintenance

of water-related infrastructure. Collaborate with

local communities

, farmers, and stakeholders to ensure effective implementation. Monitor water resource utilization and suggest improvements for efficiency.

2. Office-Based Responsibilities:

Prepare

technical designs

, estimates, and project reports for water-related initiatives. Develop

SOPs and frameworks

for sustainable water management practices. Ensure

compliance

with environmental regulations and CSR guidelines. Coordinate with

government bodies

, NGOs, and funding agencies for project approvals. Maintain

documentation and progress tracking

for all water projects.
