Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Coordination

Assist in project planning, scheduling, work breakdown, and resource allocation. Support in preparation of DPRs (Detailed Project Reports), BOQs, cost estimates, drawings, and project documentation. Coordinate with design consultants, survey teams, and field engineers for technical inputs.

Site Supervision & Quality Control

Regularly visit project sites (dams, canals, reservoirs, intake structures, spillways, pipelines, etc.). Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards. Assist quality control team for material testing, inspections, and workmanship checks.

Progress Monitoring & Reporting

Track progress against planned schedules and highlight delays or risks. Maintain daily/weekly project progress reports, photographs, and documentation. Support project managers in reviewing contractor bills, measurements, and work quantities.

Safety & Compliance

Ensure adherence to safety protocols at site (especially water-related structures). Coordinate statutory approvals, environmental compliance, and quality audits. Support teams in implementing risk management and emergency response plans.

Stakeholder Communication

Facilitate communication between contractors, consultants, internal departments, and government agencies. Participate in site meetings, prepare MoMs (Minutes of Meeting), and follow up on action points.

Procurement & Logistics Support

Assist in identifying material requirements and vendor coordination. Track delivery of construction materials, equipment, and ensure proper utilization.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
