About the Organization

We work with children and adults with various developmental, intellectual, and physical challenges, providing education, therapy, vocational training, and family support services.
Position Overview
The Project Officer will play a key role in planning, implementing, and monitoring programs that support individuals with disabilities. The role involves coordination between staff, parents, external stakeholders, and management to ensure smooth execution of all school- and community-based initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Program Planning & Coordination
Assist in designing, organizing, and implementing school and community projects.
Coordinate daily activities, therapy schedules, and special programs for beneficiaries.
Ensure project timelines, objectives, and quality standards are met.
Stakeholder Management
Serve as a liaison between teachers, therapists, parents, volunteers, and management.
Maintain positive communication with families and support them with required information.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain beneficiary records, attendance logs, and project documentation.
Prepare periodic reports for management, donors, and government authorities.
Field & Community Work
Conduct home visits, awareness programs, and community outreach activities.
Support families in accessing government schemes and benefits for persons with disabilities.
Administrative & Support Tasks
Assist in organizing events, workshops, and training programs.
Handle coordination of resources, materials, and logistics for ongoing projects.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Educational Qualification:
Bachelors/Master's (Social Work or related field)
Experience:
Freshers or experienced candidates passionate about Community services
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team
Empathy, patience, and willingness to work with individuals with disabilities
Basic computer skills (MS Office, documentation)
