Project Coordination
Assist in planning and execution of restaurant projects including fit-outs, refurbishments, and new openings.
Coordinate daily project activities with contractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
Monitor project timelines, progress, and report updates to management.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, drawings, and schedules.
AutoCAD & Technical Support
Read, interpret, and update AutoCAD drawings (layouts, kitchen plans, MEP coordination).
Assist in preparing as-built drawings and layout revisions.
Coordinate site execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
Site Supervision
Supervise on-site activities to ensure work is completed as per design and schedule.
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and restaurant operational standards.
Identify site issues and report deviations or delays.
Operational Support
Support restaurant operational setup (equipment placement, furniture layout, signage).
Assist during pre-opening activities and handover.
Coordinate basic procurement and inventory tracking related to projects.
