Work time : Monday to Friday (9.00am to 5.00pm)
Education: PG or Masters in Social Work / Health Management / MBA
Experience: 5+ years of experience in Social sector,
Principal Accountability:
Project Monitoring and Evaluation
Office Administration
Communication and Resource mobilisation
Finance Management
Duties and Responsibilities:
Project Management
Assist the COO in planning and implementation of various activities of the project
Plan, Conduct and Coordinate activities (awareness programs, sessions, Support group meetings etc)
Visit projects on a regular interval to monitor the activities and share the reports to office
Conduct individual client's visits and home visits in case required for case management.
Time to time attend assigned meetings, programs and events organized by other organizations
Develop linkages with government, NGOs, CBOs, networks for referral and networking
Supports Advisor and COO in development of Tulsi Trust Strategic plan
Actively collaborate with Advisor and COO to ensure efficient assessment of project impact
Office Administration
Monthly reporting and documentation of various activities
Controlling correspondence, Designing filing systems and Maintaining files and Records
Ensuring Legal Compliance of TT with appropriate team support
Ensure Charity commissioner and Government compliance with support from Auditors
Ensure timely and quality MIS analysis, cost per program, and project/ programme documentation
Communication and Resource mobilisation
Make plans to associate Graceful Living Project, Skills Development Project, Education Projects with Partners both for funding and Execution
Represents TT at relevant conferences and workshops with the purpose networking and partnership to strengthen TT work
Promote visibility of TT among donors, policy makers/influencers and programme managers
Visit other government and private institutions and NGOs for collaboration for services and networking.
Develop rapport and work closely with the partners of Tulsi Trust and association and partnership with other organisations
Prepare plans for Resource Mobilisation for the projects at Tulsi Trust
Network with Government wherever possible and look for Government support
Contact Individual donors, Trusts, Foundations and Corporate (CSR) for support to Tulsi Trust Projects
Finance Management
Supports COO in the preparation of financial forecasts/budgets
Monitors expenditure against budgets and forecast.
Works with the Account/ Finance department to ensure proper partner accountability for TT finances
Look for opportunity in cost efficiencies.

Qualification and Competencies:
Good written & oral communication skills in English. Hindi and Marathi (Preferably)
Basic computer skills - conversant with MS Office & Internet
An enthusiastic and positive person who is detail oriented and takes pride in doing things well.
Post Graduate - Masters in Social Work / Health Management / MBA
4-5 years relevant experience in the social & development sector
