Minimum Qualification:

Full-time regular Master's degree in a relevant subject / M.Tech (Civil) or equivalent

CTC -

18 LPA

Minimum Experience:

At least 8 years

of relevant professional experience in infrastructure planning, implementation, and project management, including at least 3 years of experience working with Government or State Departments.

Brief Responsibilities & Skills Required:

Demonstrates strong

leadership and organizational skills

to oversee infrastructure-related projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely execution. Experienced in

team and budget management

, with a focus on efficient resource utilization and adherence to project financial plans. Proficient in

project management tools

and construction monitoring systems to plan, track, and evaluate infrastructure progress. Applies

strategic thinking and risk management

to identify technical challenges, mitigate potential delays, and ensure project quality. Possesses

excellent written and verbal communication

skills for preparing progress reports, technical documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
