Degree in Mechanical Engineer/ Electrical Engineer candidate, currently staying in Nagpur or willing to relocate to Nagpur, who is having sound Knowledge of Auto Cad, MS-Office; at least having 2 to 10 years of Experience in Project Management.

Job Responsibility:

- Manage the execution of MEP work at the site in accordance with the project schedule, quality standards, & safety regulation.

- Coordinate withcontractor &supplier to ensure that material, Equipment &resources are available on time & as per approved specification.

- Collaborate with consultant & architect, to review project progress, provide updates & address any concern or issues that may arise.

- Crete Material Issue Slip, Purchase requisition (PR) & Service Requisition (SR) on ERP to purchase material & services required for the MEP work.

- Attend site Meeting, inspection, & audits to ensure that the MEP work are compliant with relevant codes & standards.

- Control of the quality & technical Correctness of the installation in accordance with the project quality assurance plan.

- Ensuring timely project handing over including testing & commissioning of all MEP Work.
