Define the scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines and roles for each marketing project.
Traveling to Project Related Working.
Develop detailed project plans, map out milestones, monitor progress.
Ensure that each project aligns with the overall marketing strategy and brand guidelines.
Prepare and manage project budgets.
Track expenses, ensure cost effectiveness, prevent overruns.
Ensure consistency in visual identity, messaging, brand style across all media.
Serve as primary point of contact among internal stakeholders (product, sales, leadership) and external partners (vendors, agencies).
Regularly update stakeholders on project status, roadblocks, timeline changes.
Define KPIs for each project (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI etc.).
Monitor analytics and metrics, generate reports; derive insights for optimization.
Review deliverables to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, legal/compliance requirements.
Conduct reviews / approvals before materials go live or are published.
