We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Management Consultant (PMC) to oversee end-to-end execution of interior and architectural projects. The role involves managing project timelines, quality control, site supervision, vendor coordination, and certification of work completion and billing.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, monitor, and control all on-site and off-site project activities. Conduct regular quality inspections and ensure adherence to approved drawings and specifications. Manage project schedules, milestones, and progress reporting. Review and verify contractor bills, measurements, and certifications before approval. Ensure proper material quality checks, approvals, and documentation. Coordinate between the client, design team, vendors, and site teams for smooth execution. Maintain project records -- including daily site reports, quality control checklists, and completion certificates. Identify and resolve site-level issues proactively to ensure timely delivery. Conduct final inspection and project handover documentation.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of interior/execution processes and quality standards. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and AutoCAD (for reading and verifying drawings). Experience in certification, billing verification, and material audits. Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Eligibility:

Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in interior/architectural project management. Experience in PMC role, site supervision, and quality certification preferred. Candidates located between Thane and Mira Road will be preferred.
