AMR Living Spaces is a premium residential and villa development company known for quality construction, modern designs, and timely delivery. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end villa project execution.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Oversee complete execution of villa projects at AMR Living Spaces.
Ensure all works are completed as per drawings, quality standards, and timelines.
Coordinate with architects, structural & MEP consultants, vendors, and contractors.
Lead the site team including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
Monitor day-to-day site activities and resolve technical/site issues immediately.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and statutory compliance.
Manage BOQs, material planning, procurement, and inventory.
Control project cost, track expenditures, and minimize wastage.
Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and ensure flawless finishing.
Provide daily/weekly reports to management on project progress.
Handle client updates, queries, and ensure smooth handover.
Skills & Qualifications:
B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
6+ years experience specifically in
villa / luxury residential construction
.
Strong knowledge of masonry, structural, finishing, interiors, MEP coordination.
Excellent planning, leadership, and team management.
Good communication and vendor management skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and deliver high-quality output.
SALARY:6LPA-15LPA, Negotiable
Work Location: Hyderabad.
