We are Hiring a Project Manager (Telecom)
Location: Mumbai
Interview Mode: Virtual
Experience: 5 - 6 Years
Salary: up to INR 45,000/-
Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma
Industry: Telecom - Infra / ONDAM
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan & Manage projects in accordance with the contract, project schedule and budgeted resources for assigned rollouts.
2. Maintaining customer relationships, setting targets & progress review with them. Issue resolution and building strong client relationships.
3. Periodic review meetings for smooth rollout operations
4. Review and analysis of MIS reports to track rollout status.
5. Due diligence for process improvement
6. Performance analysis of the team and vendors to get the accuracy level
7. Managing the 24X7 Rollout and O&M activities.
8. Regular meeting with customer to discuss maintaining the quality of the network & to discuss the way forward
9. Review and analyse the outages, carry out a root cause analysis and draw action plans with timelines to eliminate outages.
10. Train and develop the O&M team for effective and efficient working.
11. Looking after Pan India Passive rollout activities. Having sound knowledge of electrical equipment.
12. End-to-end planning, management, and execution & supervision of complete rollout.
13. Follow up with ISP Vendors for timely RFI
14. Project and Rollout Management
15. Responsible for planning, deployment & delivering projects against agreed scope, budget, schedule & customer expectations. Doing this whilst supervising, directing & motivating teams of multi-disciplinary vendors & employees
16. Responsible for Supervision, Operation, and maintenance.
17. Should be comfortable with travelling to sites
