Educational Qualification : Graduate / Post Graduate

Proficiency:- Strong understanding of solar PV technology (modules, inverters, batteries,

mounting structures).

Knowledge of site assessment, resource analysis (solar irradiation, shading, yield).

Familiarity with electrical systems (DC/AC design, cabling, earthing, safety).

Proficiency in design tools/software (AutoCAD).

Experience Requirement 5 -10 Years

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within

defined scope, time, and budget. This role ensures effective coordination between teams,

monitors project progress, manages risks, and ensures delivery of quality outcomes that

meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

? Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

? Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

? Allocate resources and assign tasks to team members.

? Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed.

? Manage risks and resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

? Ensure project documentation is complete and maintained.

? Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients.

? Ensure quality standards are met before project delivery.

? Report progress, challenges, and outcomes to senior management.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
