Job Summary

We are seeking a mid-level

IT Project Manager

to lead and support key technology initiatives, with a primary focus on ServiceNow and Asset Registry implementation. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise, the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams, and a proven track record of driving IT projects from planning through execution and delivery.

7+ years of experience

in IT project management. Proven experience managing

ServiceNow implementations

or similar enterprise platforms. Hands-on experience with

ServiceNow modules

related to Asset Management, ITSM, or CMDB. Experience with

project management tools

such as MS Project, JIRA, or Smartsheet.

Agile/Waterfall Methodologies

PMP Certification

Key Responsibilities

Manage the

end-to-end project lifecycle

for IT initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Lead the

ServiceNow and Asset Registry implementation

, coordinating efforts between internal stakeholders and external vendors. Develop and maintain

comprehensive project plans

, timelines, and resource allocations. Facilitate

regular project meetings

, track progress, and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies. Ensure all deliverables meet

business requirements, scope, and quality standards

. Monitor and report on

project performance metrics

, driving accountability and transparency. Collaborate with

technical teams, business units, and leadership

to maintain project alignment with organizational goals. Prepare and deliver

project status reports and documentation

for stakeholders and executive leadership.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience

in IT project management. Proven experience managing

ServiceNow implementations

or similar enterprise platforms. Strong understanding of

project management methodologies

(Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid). Excellent

communication, organization, and stakeholder management

skills. Proficiency with

project management tools

such as MS Project, JIRA, or Smartsheet. Hands-on familiarity with

ServiceNow modules

related to Asset Management, ITSM, or CMDB. Demonstrated ability to manage

multiple concurrent projects

in a dynamic environment. Strong

problem-solving and decision-making

skills with a proactive mindset. Self-starter capable of delivering high-quality results with

minimal supervision

cross-functional and geographically distributed teams

Certifications

such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent are mandatory. Must be available to work standard business hours aligned with

Eastern Standard Time (EST)
