Urgently hiring a Projject Manager for a reputed Project Management company.

Candidate should be a BE Civil engineering.

10-12years of experience. Age should be between 35yrs to 40 yrs

Good communication in English & computer knowledge.

Two-wheeler is a must.

Should have the good experience leading the team. Projects involved is Painting and Water proofing, Handling Civil Projects, All times of shifting and renovations, Annual maintenance and one time cleaning services.

Manage the Cash Flow

Ensure Client Satisfaction

Evaluate Project Performance

Responsibilities

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

Ensure resource availability and allocation

Develop a detailed project plan to track progress

Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs

Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

Report and escalate to management as needed

Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

Perform risk management to minimize project risks

Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Must be staying near Kankapura road South Bangalore

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
