Stakeholder Communication

: Act as a primary point of contact between the project team and stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.

Quality Assurance

: Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols to ensure that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Risk Management

: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure minimal impact on project delivery.

Software Proficiency

: AutoCAD, Revit

Key Requirements

Experience

: 15-20 years of experience in a leadership role within the real estate sector, with a focus on electrical engineering and project management.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or a relevant degree.

Preferred Qualifications

Proven track record of leading successful real estate projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
