Role Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing media and post-production projects from initial client brief through final delivery. This role requires strong knowledge of post-production workflows, excellent coordination and communication skills, and a sharp eye for quality. The Project Manager will act as the central point of contact between clients, internal creative teams, and external partners to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

Manage projects end-to-end, from client brief to final delivery. Understand project scope, timelines, deliverables, and budgets.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination

Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project timelines, feedback, and approvals. Translate client briefs into clear instructions for internal teams. Communicate changes, revisions, and expectations effectively across teams.

Team Coordination

Coordinate with video editors, motion designers, sound designers, and freelancers.

Quality Control & Delivery

Review outputs at each stage to ensure alignment with client briefs and quality standards. Ensure brand guidelines, technical specifications, and creative expectations are met.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in a media production or post-production environment. Hands-on experience working with post-production workflows. Familiarity with video formats, delivery standards, and timelines. Ability to handle international clients and timelines. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Attention to detail with a strong focus on quality control.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
